Spent a good amount of money for advertising on flyers with them and they didn’t even track the flyers to see how many calls we received? Don’t even think they sent out the flyers. No accountability. Houston Groutsmith1 StarPoor or in some cases no responses to the needs of our business, e-mails would go unanswered for days, premium pricing for canned solutions, no integration to social media, Yext, etc. Extremely poor metrics and KPI's for banner ads and Facebook effectiveness. We are having to spend additional time and money to make up for their lack of capabilities to market our business. Look elsewhere.Thursday 2nd May 2019

I felt Hearst did was great. Customer service was the best. Call them and ask for Ms.Ursalla. ,she was smart and very easy to communicate with. I will only buy internet products through them before ever using anyone else..it a big market out there..I would recommend Hearst here in HoustonSaturday 16th July 2016
