We have customer check in system and ATM for our salon by a friend’s referral. Easy to use, friendly customer support. We call they pick up and help very quickly. Our customers like the check in on ipad, very convenient. Our customers like rewards they spend on services. We don’t need to remember when customers have rewards, the system reminds us. Thank you GDS. Highly recommended.

GDS agents are very passionate about what they are doing, opening a new lash shop not knowing how to build a clientele. GDS agent went on and recommended me with a very specific details on a few products from customer care to facebook/ Instagram marketing to help me getting more clients. They will sit with you for hours trying to explain and consult you on how you should start off a business base on what you have and not…such as website, facebook page…ect. Over all Im highly recommended GDS if anyone want to find a reliable company for your business. You will not regret.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU PLAN TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We had contacted Peter (Phu Nguyen) regarding ATM machine at the shop. I am sharing that I had an absolute worst experience. I tried to call him multiple time. He either did not pick up the phone or said that he would call me back. He never did. He helped setup the ATM at the shop and said if anything, we could always contact him. Guess what?!?!?! He called back 2 DAYS AFTER and asked what the issue was. REALLY!?!?!? 2 DAYS. That is not "TAN TAM" as one of the company values. Before all the sale and the setup was done, he picked our phone calls within a heartbeat. After the sale done, it is extremely hard to get in touch for support. And by the way, don't bother to call the 1-888 number, no one will answer your call. Please don't waste your time. BEST OF LUCK GDS. Your company should help yourself before you can help anyone else.
