Elevology

It has been such a pleasure to work with Elevology and especially its CEO, Donnie Rollins. From the very beginning, Donnie was so immersed in understanding our condo and our marketing needs. He was good about listenings and then suggesting and bouncing ideas off of us. As he took our conversations and tied them into reality, he truly captured the essence of who we are and where we wanted to go. We could not be more pleased with Donnie, with Elevology and with our new web site. Donnie Rollins is a great asset to our company and has an outstanding work ethic! He not only goes above and beyond the call of duty, but he has actually become part of our evolving progress to serve our overseas customers. I am very appreciative of Donnie Rollins' involvement in the branding of our company and his creative development of our website. We look forward to our many more years of great service and advice from a gentleman we consider part of our team. We very much appreciate Mr. Rollin’s pleasant demeanor and his quick responses to when we have problems or need assistance in problem solving. As for this Court we would highly recommend Mr. Rollins and his company, Elevology, for any and all IT service needs. After recently acquiring a competitor and effectively doubling our production, we decided a make-over was in order. The team at Elevology worked with us in the midst of transition to totally re-design our company logo, websites, and install a voip phone network. Every aspect of the job has been handled with obvious dedication to meeting customer needs. Elevology is a prime pick for IT needs, web design, and more. I like Donnie a lot, he is a good person. He is very smart and very efficient. I like the fact that he takes his personal Christian values to his company which to me it's honest, trustworthy, efficient and very professional. I would love to use Elevology with any personal and professional projects I have in the future.

Elevology is a great asset to our construction company. The Elevology team genuinely cared about growing our business, asked us what the company goals were, and rapidly helped us achieve those goals. We saw a fast increase in lead calls coming into the office. Working a large geographical area, Elevology was able to direct our advertising to target locations which in turn increased our client logs. The Elevology team maintains great customer service with their clients and I appreciate the constant communication they are willing to provide to us whether it be through emails, calls, or conference video calls. Questions were always answered quickly and I appreciate those on the Elevology team who also educated our staff with IT terminology so we could understand. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Donnie and company have provided me excellent web hosting services and fast response times to issues since I first started hosting with them in 2010, nearly ten years ago now! Elevology hosts two sites for me, and they have always been extremely helpful whenever I got confused, lost a password, or forgot what settings to use for my mail clients across various devices. I highly recommend them without hesitation!

Donnie and his team at Elevology are Amazing!! I have been providing website services for business owners for many years, so I have spoken and worked with many hosting companies + NO ONE is like Elevology =) Donnie called me personally to help me with an issue i was having with a client's website. He took a few seconds and showed me some things no one else had bothered to, making things much easier for me! I am contacting Donnie on Monday to follow up with a few questions, but am looking forward to switching my hosting from amazon over to Elevology and promoting their Premium Hosting and Services for my future clients.

Elevology has been critical to our success this year as an organization! Keep Texas Beautiful has relied heavily on Donnie and the team to help us elevate our presence and security online with a brand new website, with plenty of custom integrations. I really appreciate their team for listening to our problems and concerns, evaluating where we were at as a nonprofit and recommending improvements. Often, working with new vendors can be stressful, but Elevology helped guide and educate us through migrating our website hosting services, transferring our domains and co-developing our new website and Salesforce integrations so that we can best communicate with our own audience and clients. They also have a great online dashboard to check out invoices, tickets and tools to manage your site. More than anything, they have helped us answer questions we didn’t even know we had. I feel comfortable knowing that Elevology is handling our web services!
