We also offer Velcro, safety pins, key chain, and tape attachments. It’s recommended that you handwash any clothes to which you’ve attached custom patches. Machine washing can lead to thread snags that force you to re-sew the patch to your clothing. I was not happy with my order. I was also very unhappy with the indifferent, corporate vibe of the customer support- I never felt like I was dealing a with an actual human who cared or even knew anything. My patch (it has a girl on it) proof looked good, but on my actual patch her face looks monstrous! I am attaching photos of the proof and the actual patch. I will go with a smaller company next time even if it costs a bit more.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero stars. I approved an order for 200 patches using their system. The system said it was going into production from my proof. Then, when I received the beautiful patches, the dates were wrong on them. When I contacted the company, they said they sent me a second proof with the wrong date, and basically, I was stuck with it. They lie and are horrible to work with.

Initially, I had a very disappointing experience. I submitted a flawless, professionally prepared design file (I'm a graphic designer), but the company introduced an error during the proofing process that wasn’t in my original file. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the change in the online proof, and the final product arrived with a visible defect. At first, customer service blamed me for not catching it. However, after following up, they reached out again and took full responsibility. They corrected the mistake and sent me a new, perfectly made product. I truly appreciate the fact that they made it right in the end. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds matters most, and they showed professionalism in the way they handled the situation. If you're ordering from them, just double-check every detail in the proof carefully, but know that they will work with you if something goes wrong. You just have to find the customer service rep who actually knows how to do their job. (Changing my review from 1 to 4).

This company is terrible to do business with and I would not recommend them. I reported an issue and it was not taken seriously. It took them 2 weeks to attempt to resolve the problem but by then my event had past and it was too late. All of their responses were generic and no resolution was offered. Custom Patch Factory can improve by communicating properly and updating a customer with progress status, offering resolutions in a timely manor and honoring their deadlines.
