Tiana Campbell4 StarCrush city was pretty cool to work with, I was there about 6 months and I met some pretty cool people and had some great times. Ricky definitely was flexible with my schedule in the times I needed witch was great. The only thing the company needs to work on is just paying attention to detail in developing well rounded leaders . Adrian McCall1 StarI had a deeply disappointing experience with Crush City Innovations. My initial emails from them ended up in my junk folder, which was the first red flag. They tried to schedule my first interview in person without listing any pay details for the job role. This seemed highly unprofessional and suspicious.
Upon further investigation on platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn, it became evident that this company operates as a multi-level marketing scheme. They appear to prey on young, desperate job seekers, which is both unethical and misleading. It’s crucial for potential applicants to be aware of such practices.
A major red flag for me was the recruiter’s urgency to schedule an in-person interview right away. In my experience, reputable companies follow a structured interview process, starting with a phone call, then an onsite visit, and possibly a final meeting before extending an offer. This rushed approach did not sit well with me and reinforced my suspicions about their legitimacy.
Any company that is willing to bring you on board within 3-5 days is likely not genuine. Job seekers should exercise caution and thoroughly research any potential employer. I would not recommend Crush City Innovations to anyone looking for a legitimate and respectful job opportunity.Thursday 6th June 2024
