I gave him the idea in my head and he put it all on paper. He went hands on helping me create my logo. He and his team put together a truly outstanding product and even help with the ordering, literally from start to finish until the product arrived at my door. He made sure I was satisfied and if there were any changes that he could make. He was always available if I had any questions or concerns and even sent samples of what I would be looking forward to. Ricky is a consummate professional; he really listens, making ample time for client feedback, and then offers excellent advice and solutions.
